ASTUTE offers customized, innovative and culturally sensitive multilingual trainings at workplace, for national and international social as well as private sector organizations. Capacity building interventions play a pivotal role in developing the knowledge and skills necessary to achieve the any organization's objectives. We at Astute strive to build capacity within institutions to enable them to utilize their full potential. Our primary goal is to increase an organization's access to information and technical know-how by improving its internal management structures, processes and procedures, as well as strengthening partnerships among the various players in the development process. ASTUTE is one of the very few Pakistani organizations dealing in health-related issues with particular focus on HIV & AIDS. We offer capacity-building, research and advocacy services on various health issues and treat HIV & AIDS as not only an emerging health issue but as one of future's main socio-economic problems. Astute also offers trainings at workplace on gender, human rights, basic and reproductive health issues and taking HIV & AIDS as a cross-cutting theme.
